I LOVE books. In fact, I like so many, that it is really hard to choose... but if I had to pick a favorite, I would choose The Mysterious Benedict Society. I love this book because I find that I am a lot like the characters themselves. For example, in the book, there is a girl named Kate. She is a lot like me. We both like to explore, read, figure out puzzles, do the daring, everything! I also enjoyed this book because of the story board. In many books, kids aren't the main characters. Usually, they aren't ever the hero... but in this book, kids actually get to be the hero. They go on exciting adventures and even solve interesting puzzles. Another reason why I love this book, is that the story takes place in the most interesting house. The way that the author describes the setting is amazing! Lastly, I love the book because of the story itself! I love the way that the kids are sent to a school to figure out if kids were really getting brain washed... I'd better stop now. If I say any more, I'll give away the end! All in all, I love The Mysterious Benedict Society! It is my favorite!
Thanks for reading!

My favorite book is the third book in the Harry Potter series because it's suspenseful and more information about Harry's parents are given. (I've been a fan since I was like 5; I'm not just one of those people who reads a series because it becomes popular.)

I love all the Harry Potter books. I've read all the books. I love how Harry and everybody learn Defence against the dark arts, Potions, Charms, Transfiguration, Care of Magical Creatures etc etc etc. How amazing would that be? There's Wizards, Witches, Animagi, Werewolves, Ghosts, Poltergeists, Vampires, Dragons, Veela, Cornish Pixies, Fairies, Leprechauns, Giants, Unicorns, Basilisks, Trolls, Goblins, Centaurs, Muggle borns, Squibs etc. I was so dissapointed when I finished reading the series; I was so sad when I realized there was no more. I just love everything J.K. Rowling came up with using her grand imagination.

My favorite book is the Transal Saga by Gary Paulsen. Out of all of Gary Paulsen's books of people trying to survive in the wilderness, this is the best with a new challenge: to survive on an alien planet with natives, colonial age people, and a power crazy dictator. Once I picked it up, I couldn't set it down! It is the perfect blend of sci-fi, action, adventure, and awesomeness!
ReplyDeleteThanks for reading!

ReplyDeleteMy favorite book is Each little bird that sings, by Deborah Wiles. Although it's sad because of certain events, I think a book that makes you cry or feel strong emotion is a really good book. This book made me cry, but it also made me realize that good can come out of bad. It made me think about life and its meaning.
